Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the tankebiosciences platform, API, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

These terms apply to all users — individual accounts, developer API keys, and enterprise contracts. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

The tankebiosciences platform is licensed strictly for lawful commercial, research, and educational purposes. Permitted uses include fashion design virtual try-on, academic body visualization research, and e-commerce catalog production where all subjects have provided documented consent.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid, documented consent from any identifiable person whose image you submit for processing. Processing images of real people without their explicit written consent is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Submitting images of minors for any AI clothing removal processing is strictly forbidden, regardless of stated purpose. tankebiosciences reserves the right to report suspected violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

tankebiosciences retains all rights to the underlying AI models, software architecture, and platform infrastructure. You retain ownership of images you upload and outputs you generate, subject to the restrictions in these terms.

Liability Limitations

tankebiosciences provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, though we publish a 99.9% SLA for enterprise accounts. The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our maximum liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the fees you paid to tankebiosciences in that same month. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the incident.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party infrastructure providers including cloud storage and payment processors. These providers operate under their own terms. tankebiosciences is not responsible for the practices or policies of any third-party service.

Security

All image transfers use 256-bit encryption. Uploaded images are permanently deleted within 60 seconds of processing completion. Enterprise accounts receive SOC 2 Type II audit reports on request. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or stress-test the platform infrastructure without prior written authorization.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting the Tanke Biosciences privacy team at info@tankebiosciences.com. Given our zero-retention policy, no processed images exist to delete — only account metadata, which is removed within 5 business days of a verified request.

Changes to Terms

tankebiosciences may update these terms at any time. Registered users will receive 14 days' notice via email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
